Your mission
Responsibility for the sales department, incl. professional and disciplinary management of employees

Consistent further development of the sales strategy and development of new sales markets
Identification of new potential customers, creation and implementation of an acquisition strategy
Development and continuous maintenance of the necessary relationships with interested parties, customers and international distributors worldwide
Preparation of quotations and draft quotations
Processing of complex tender processes

Your profile
Completed studies or doctorate in a technical/scientific field
Practical experience in working with laser systems
Ideally expert in some common applications of ultrashort laser pulses
A high degree of teamwork
Confident in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in written and spoken German and English (further language skills are advantageous)
